We love YYS Construction! We found them first through their work as a subcontractor to the company we had hired to install hardword floors in our home. They did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job! We get compliments all the time on the quality of the work and the finish they used (matte).

We were so impressed with Yuriy's work ethic on the floor project, that we reached out to YYS directly for our bathroom remodel. Again, we were so grateful for his work ethic, experience in all areas of construction and creative solutions. Yuriy had great ideas for new lighting that made a huge difference in the room. Their tiling work is incredible too - they installed new tile on the floor and in the shower that is absolutely perfect - the precision and attention to detail is amazing.

Yuriy is wonderful to work with - he is so pleasant, and always wants to be sure the customer is satisfied and happy. We will use YYS again for any future projects!



YYS Construction did a phenomenal job on my home renovation. I had an empty space that I didn’t know what to do with and Yuriy gave me an idea to add an extra bathroom to my home. This idea ended up being one of the most useful and best additions I have made! It was a pleasure working with someone that always put my needs and wants first, and provided me with updates along the whole project! I also really appreciated the fair pricing that he provided. Overall, I really enjoyed working with the company and I will most definitely work with them on future projects!
